Thank you for patronizing All Things QV! We appreciate you business.
Invoicing: All invoices must be paid within 48 hours of receipt unless prior arrangements have been made. Failure to pay invoice on time will result in the inability to order via invoice in the future. The full amount is due unless a prior arrangement has been made. If there was a partial arrangement made, the full amount must be paid within 72 hours before date of delivery.
Processing Times: Please allow 21-28 days unless noted at sale time for order delivery. If the item was acquired via listed sale, please adhere to posted sale and ordering policies. Since most products are custom made, all sales are final! No refunds, credits, or exchanges. Order at your own risk. If you do not like an item, we value your feedback. Please let us know so that we can adjust accordingly.
Terms for BTP Services (Webs, Resumes, Admin Services, Graphics): Please allow up to 4-7 days for a rough draft and 7 days after draft is revised for completion unless there was a timeline agreed to at time of service inquiry. This time does not start until payment has been received. Please note, more fees can be assessed if changes beyond the original agreement are made. At that time, another invoice will issued.
Terms for KNBK: Individual terms are listed in customer notes on the invoice
Shipping and Delivery: All products are shipped marked fragile. If your package arrives damaged, please email me with pictures of the damage and I will submit it the claim to carrier for a refund. Claim processing times vary from carrier to carrier. Typically this process takes 2-4 weeks. I will not refund you until the carrier has refunded me.
Effective immediately: Local hand delivery starts at $3. The mileage on hand delivery is 60 miles max with a minimum of $100 purchase on miles over 20.
Merchant Disputes: Effective immediately, If you file a case with PayPal, regardless of whether you escalate it or not, you will no longer be allowed to order anything and you will be invoiced for my time to dispute the claim. The cost is $20/hour minimum 3 hours. If there is no resolution, I reserve the right to seek legal action to collect debt. I will provide ample screenshots of my time waiting on a callback from PayPal and the actual call time. Each written response in the system cost 1 hour. I am a very reasonable person. If you need something, you can always contact me with your specific needs and I’ll be sure to take care of it the best way possible.
WHOLESALE ORDERING: WE WILL NOT START WHOLESALE CONTRACTS UNTIL YOU HAVE PURCHASED A SAMPLE PACK! Once we reach a deal about the details of your wholesale ordering quantities and frequencies, you are responsible for ordering exactly what you expressed in your initial inquiry. If you fail to order that amount or wish to discontinue your service, a fee for the cost rest of the raw inventory on hand plus 35% of what would be left on the contract is due in 30 days of discontinued service. Failure to render payment will result in legal action.
